Shipping address:
We go with the shipping address, email ID, mobile number mentioned in the order, in case there is a change, reach out to us within few hours of order placed.

Processing Time:
The Orders will be shipped within two days of the Order receipt. In case there is a delay, we will reach out to you and inform about it.We strive to process and ship orders in a timely manner.Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons or promotional periods.

Shipping Restrictions:
At times, due to weather condition, Government regulations, there may be shipping restrictions to areas, in such scenarios, we will reach out to you and keep you informed.Some products may be subject to shipping restrictions due to legal or logistical reasons. Any such restrictions will be clearly indicated on the product page.If you attempt to purchase a restricted item, we reserve the right to cancel your order and provide a refund if necessary.
In-transit damages:
We take due care in packing the books and all our orders are packed with multiple layers of packing material. In case you find the books are delivered in a bad shape, books are damaged, pls reach out to us, we will do the needful as per our Return policy.
Reverse Shipping:
In case a package is returned to us due to refused, unclaimed, unsuccessful delivery, incorrect address, or any other reason the customer will have to bear both reverse shipping and reshipping charges. The order cannot be cancelled in such cases and no refund shall be provided. We will not be liable for any loss or damage to the package if address and contact details mentioned at the time of checkout are incorrect.
